Here at RspsRanks we take your suggestions and consider them among the community.
As you've mentioned :
We will Create more categories and boards once the community is more active on the forums
Assigning Board moderators hasn't been brought to my attention but it may be in the future - [ Good suggestion ]
The Reputation system is underway and will be added shortly.

Rs2 Development. / Adding crowns to your Yell command [Hbpvp]

Name : Adding crowns to yell
Sources available on : Hybpvp v2 v3 , Torva ( team , pkz ) , InsidiaX
Tut difficulty : Easy
1. Search for your commands File use Ctrl+f to find oyur basic Yell command
2. When found find a basic yell command such as
3. Once found copy and paste it underneath it and place your name in between the quotations.
4. Now you can play around with the shadow codes till you find oyur favorite
Crown Codes According to your sprites folder.
<img=0> Donator rank
<img=1> Moderator
<img=2> Admin / Owner
<img=3> Donator
<img=4> Quickchat Image
<img=5> To be added
and so on
5. Once you've chosen you basic color and crown Save and Compile with your beast rank

When i was Chief of Staff he was a dedicated Moderator he has my FULL support
