Hey guys i'm making the application because I think we need a good mod one that makes sure that none is advising other community  and braking the rules such as 1.flood "4lins" 2. Trolling/Interrupting chat "Flamming or raging about someone for a long period of time" 3. Advising community "BIG RULE" 4. Rapid "Constantly typing letters or hitting space>enter repeatedly"

I know im not on everyone "friend list" because I made a mistake and zapped someone for something that implied flooding  which I stated immediately after doing this I apologized  "NOTE : we are all not perfect"

Rule 1.0
No Trading\Selling RuneScape Accounts\Items. We don't allow this for many reasons, the main ones being scammers, and you do not own the Account or Items on RuneScape, Jagex does.

Rule 1.1
Do not Impersonate Another User.

No Racism

Rule 1.3
Respect all Users. If you don't have anything nice to say then don't talk, every User deserves the same amount of respect.

Rule 1.4
No Crashing\Spamming Servers. Rule Removed (Duplicate)

Rule 1.5
Do Not Commit Hostile Acts. This includes things such as spamming servers, crashing servers, ddosing servers, or just anything to damage another Server.

Rule 1.6
Do not ask for Member or Staff. This gets annoying, asking for staff will only lower your chance at getting a ranked position.

Rule 1.7
No Offensive Pictures. This includes pornographic content, or any other type of graphic content. Remember there are younger users using this service.

Listen to the Staff

Do not abuse bugs/glitches with the donation system or any part of the site

Rule 1.10
Do not spam the popup animations. The animations get annoying, don't use them unless you actually have a reason to.

Rule 1.11
Do Not type with all capital letters. Using caps lock annoys lots of people, including me. There are certain situations when caps lock is allowed, but that is up to the moderators if they want to allow it. It is NOT allowed when advertising, to simulate yelling\rage, or to just be annoying.

Do not overuse powers in your name. Using too many effects in your chatbox name could cause other users to lag, and it may look bad having everyone with lots of effects.

Use English when talking on the Chat, or Forum. This is an English based site, we use English only.

Rule 1.17
No Chat Bots. The only chat bot allowed on the chat is the bot brought in by Rizzy and Deception for moderation purposes.

Do not discuss any type of hacking. This is not a hacking website, we will not tolerate any type of threats, or Users seeking knowledge or services related to hacking.


Section 2
(Advertising)

Rule 2.0
Advertise Once per 60 Seconds. If we didn't have a time limit to how often you can advertise the chat would be full of advertisements. This limits the advertising to allow users to chat and advertise.

Rule 2.1
No Links outside RsPsRanks.net We only allow links directing Users to RsPsRanks.net This is because people use websites to lure people into scams or infect them with viruses.

Rule 2.2
No Private Message Advertising.

Rule 2.3
Do not tell users to click your House to bypass the Advertisement limit. Saying things like "Click my house for a server" is considered an advertisement and cannot be used to get around the 60 second advertisement limit

Rule 2.4
Houses with links MUST be an RsPsRanks.net link (even if your not advertising it). See Rule 2.1 for additional info.

Rule 2.5
Do not have Click Me, Click my House, or anything telling users to click your name to see your house. Same reasons as Rule 2.3.

Rule 2.6
Do not use the popup animations to Advertise a Server. Again, the animations get annoying when used often, and they are not to advertise.

(Staff)

Rule 3.0
Never use a Redirection Script

Rule 3.1
No Racist\Sexist Content

Rule 3.2
No Malicious Content. This includes viruses, ip grabbing codes, or any other type of code that could harm another User's computer.

Rule 3.3
No Offensive Media. This includes videos\images\sound.

Rule 3.4
Do not Steal the Loaders or Scripts. The loaders and script on the site are owned by RsPsRanks.net and are not to be used anywhere else.

Rule 3.5
Do not ask another Use for their Webclient Login Details.

Rule 3.6
Do not Copy\Steal the Source Code of the Site for any use


Section 4
(Staff)

Rule 4.0
No Favoritism. Don't treat any User different than you would treat everyone else. Don't kick someone for breaking a rule, but let someone else break the rule.

Rule 4.1
Always provide a valid Kick\Ban Reason. People need to see why they were punished so they don't do it again.

Rule 4.2
Warn a User before you ban the for outside links in their name, house or status. Sometimes people forget they have a link, remind them.

Rule 4.3
Never Sell Membership

Rule 4.4
Never ask a User for Login Details to anything. You have no reason to need somebody's password.

Always help a user to the best of your abilities. Your job is not only to moderate the chat, it is to help users. If you can help a user do it, or help find somebody who can.

Rule 4.8
Be Active. If you are going to be inactive for longer than 24 hours you must notify Rizzy "Owner" Or Decepetion "head of Staff" by sending him a forum message. Include why your going to be inactive, how long, and when.

Rule 5.0
Do not Share your Webclient with another User

Rule 5.1
Do not display misleading links or banners

Rule 5.2
Do not attempt to sell or trade your webclient for something else. You don't own your webclient, RsPsRanks does; you cannot sell it. We will remove clients involved in unauthorized trades.

Rule 5.3
Do not give your password to anyone. This will only cause problems, and possibly result in removal of your client.

Rule 5.4
Do not attempt to attack another Server or Webclient. See Rule 1.5 for additional information.

Policies
(General)

*** Policies are not rules, but they are special limits to things you can do, you must obey these as Staff can punish you for violating them. ***

Rule P1.0 Name Stealing: You cannot use another User[/color]s name to impersonate, annoy, confuse. If somebody happens to have the same name it[/color]s fine but you cannot copy what they say, or try to confuse people with the same name.

Rule P2.0 Image Stealing: You cannot user another User[/color]s image to impersonate, annoy, confuse. If you are using a real-life image weather its a picture of their body, picture of something they drew, or made you must remove it if the creator asks.


Definitions
(General)

Spam Rule Rapidly repeating the same message.
Flood Rule Rapidly sending messages with no point to them.
*Disrespect Trolling or talking bad about staff for no reason *If you have a problem with staff  either abusing powers or anything visit forums and post a report on there name and Xat Id, but don't spam the chat-box with hatred messages.

Any experience at being a chat-box mod or forum mod? Yes i've been mod and fourm mod and stayed with them for over 4 months.
Why should YOU be mod? Because I'd NOT abuse my powers and I will be able to be on alot around
